I find this so freaking interesting. I got all excited reading it. Freaked out a bit by it for many reasons, lol, but excited. My inner nerd at work I suppose.

You and me both. Always found science a great and interesting thing. The theory of black holes especially, with Einsteins equations on the matter. It's only a matter of time before they're able to possibly move on from sonic black holes and work on to actual ones. But that idea is scary-crazy, bending space and item like black holes do. light and matter collapsing into itself and never escaping. And then there's the theories of it's theorized counterpart, white holes (which have never been proven), which could theorectically bend space and time into a worm hole and such, allowing of the bending of space from one point to another set place..

Yes... I've read quite a few books on the subject XD. And watched quite a few movies.

I only wish I had been born as smart as Einstein or Hawkins. I was not, all I can do is bask in the great glory and true awesomeness of this amazing Universe that these great men, and all like them have tried to define it.

Not to sound like a sexist jerk. But the contributions to science from the feminine side are major.

I find Earth science and space science the most interesting thing in the world. The idea of being a part of something this crazy and revalutional is flabergasting.

And this sonic black hole just reminds me of how much I have always wanted to go into outer space. And maybe even be part of the descovory and further understanding of real blck holes.

These sonic black holes kinda intrege me. I just wonder, they said they woulf be able to use them to capture sound. I worry, what if, in the early stages, they get to big or to massive and they suck in to much sound? I wonder how that could effect us as humans if they try to turn these into somehting they think can use in everyday life....

Exciting! This is the kind of science I like! It so interesting and creates so many questions. I love to question.
