I just bought the movie yesterday. But I havn't watched yet :( I've been on the internet forever the last few days. Well I plan on watching it tonight sometime. Well I just wanted to say that. I've been wating so long & searching so long for it.

I saw that movie like the first time it came out in theatre, and I wasn't THAT pleased with it but the deleted scenes when they came out on DVD where so wack. =)

I love this movie!! And I have asked in many stores for it now, but non of them has it anymore=( But yeah I love it!! It looks so cool to surfe :D :D wanna do that to! a true summer movie.. now i want it to be summer again ;)

Blue Crush is definitely in my top five favorite movies of all time! I love it!

:D I finally got to see BLUE CRUSH for the first time on TV not too long ago! I liked it!

Ive had a real hankering to watch some good old 'Baywatch' lately, and can i get my hands on it? - NO! :( Theres no dvds of it (except some Hawaiian Wedding episode :ph43r: ), its not on tv anymore, and i dont have sky so im screwed :( .

okay I watched the whole dvd. I love it, the commentary, deleted scenes, the movie its self everything. So glad I finally got to see it. The commentary is so awsome with Michelle. I really liked Michelles charecter which I didn't think most people did, but I did.

she wasnt playing coach the whole time. i found when she was with the other girls she was really cute and girlie and sexy. like you know when theyre teasing Anne-Marie about being out late with Matt and Lena smacks her on the ass :P . or when theyre out surfing, and teaching the footballers how to surf.

her wee look at Lena when she puts that american flag top over her head in the skanks room when theyre using the computer, shes like no frickin way are you getting me to play dress up barbie :lol:

and her wee look when Anne-Maries out in the water with Matt and theyre all going home ;)

Eden was class :D

and the commentary was frickin awesome. "that little thing, what would he do with me?" ;) etc etc.

Michelle is so awesome!

It's a fun flick and in my opinion kinda underrated.

Yeah, it's cliche....but it's also a bit....different. I think the intention and heart and message makes up for the cliches and cheesey aspects and bad acting (at times).

She was decent in it when she had lines....lol. Besides her jetski riding alone is enough to make you go "Cool!". :D

It's not as laugh out funny as resident evil was, but I did crack up a lot still. they were fricken funny as hell. Especially Michelle commenting on the waves and how she kept getting her bathing suit ripped off. *snorts*

i rented blue crush and then bought it later just for the commentary!

it's fun.

I loved when Michelle said, " My boob was popping out of the bottom!"

or what about when they showed the underwater training scene and Michelle made the comment to Kate about her having some good air and then Kate made the comment about no smoking and Michelle got her little bit in - that was funny

im gonna have to relisten to the commentary too. Blue Crush may be cheesy and i hate the whole Matt/Anne-Marie love story cr*p, but i love the whole film :D . aside from Michelle'e Eden, its really beautifully shot. all the underwater scenes and in the barrel wave shots, and the whole island of Oahu looking completely stunning.

i adore Michelle on the jet ski! :wub: she looks so very happy. and the commentary that runs with that scene :D .

sidenote - i long for cheesecake this very second! :( i hate diets!

For some reason while watching blue crush, I couldn't help but wish the Michelle's character was the lead. Not that I don't love Blue Crush the way it was, but I couldn't help but want to see her like in the lead like her character from girlfight (Even though I really never saw it, aside from clips) but still lol. Coulda been interesting.

Aww, I love Blue Crush! It's not my #1 favorite but it's probably the Michelle movie I watch the most... and it's usually just for the commentary! I swear I've watched it without the commentary only like 4 or 5 times, including the time in the theater.

I love the part when she's eating a Twinkie and she has the cream on her lip. Haha... "Yes, that is Twinkie ladies and gentleman."

LOL, I love Kate "Michelle's like whatever!" Damn, now I wanna go listen to it...

Ebert (from Ebert and Roeper) said the same thing! I loved him at that moment. He was like "I don't get why she's always at the side. I liked Kate Bosworth but I kept wanting to just see HER (Michelle) forget about Ann-Marie take the lead and go off and win the contest, that would have been more exciting!"

This films was yet another one where Michelle rode sidecar to lesser actors. Kate is fantastic but Michelle has more presence/fierceness.

But yeah, the commentary rules. I can watch this commentary and the Resident Evil one over and over....that to me is sort of the actors at their most candid....they say whatever's on their mind, no bs.....all them....I love that.

P.S. After being such a fan of actors myself....and seeing how you guys and people respond to DVD featurettes....I have decided....I'm so changing DVD featurettes....none of this 2 minutes long bs on set design.....leave in some fascinating techincal aspects but....give more behind the scenes. People want to see their "favorite" in candid moments. So when I make my movies I'm gonna have a film crew filming US practically the whole shoot....and include much more behind the scenes, tons of bloopers, and the RIGHT commentaries. You give people more special features....give them hours of seeing their favorite celeb on set goofing around....people will be more apt to buy the DVD. Supply and demand....create more of a demand and you will sell more. It's pretty easy....why they don't seem to understand that when doing DVDs sometimes I'll never know. It's a whole package....you need to think that....think about the DVD as your making the movie....sell it, all of it....the whole experience....you'll make more money.

Yea. I remember when it came out I wanted to see it regardless of the story/actors....just wanted to see the sun and surf.
