Chapter one: On the road to become pro surfs

It has now been three years since Ann Marie went pro and she is now on tour and last year Lena made it to the pro level in surf. Penny looks over at Eden’s who driving them to the new house they are moving into, well the team house for Team wavesync. They are join the five other team members Birdie, Dawn, Kai, Lacey, Bailey and they coach Justin. The four girls, Justin and Eden and Penny will be sharing a house together, but Bailey has his own apartment above the shed which is behind the main house, seeing that he is the only guy teammate.

Eden: What Penny?
Penny: This is just a question, but will I be the younger in the house?
Eden: Yeah you are the youngest by a year, Kai and Lacey are a year older then you and are in the twelfth grade. Birdie and Dawn are out of school and I am the oldest girl at twenty -two.
Penny: How old Bailey?
Eden: He is twenty-one.
Penny: Great I am the baby of the group.
Eden: You had a choice you could be home school and gone on the road with your sister.
Penny: I know, but I want to lean to surf better, so I can become a pro surf.

The rest of the way to the house Penny looks at the window. When Eden pulls her car into the drive way of the house and both Penny and Eden is in shock at how lovely the house is. Eden’s just put the suv into park when a guy with dark hair walks over to the car and he open up Eden’s car door for her.

Shoe: Hi, you must be Eden and Penny?
Eden: Yeah who are you?
Shoe: Kurt, but call me Shoe. I help out by take care of the broads and make sure there are in work order.
Penny: Nice to meet you I am Penny.
Shoe: I see you are already wear your swimsuits, which is good. Grab you surfboards and head around to the back off the houses and go down to the beach. Lacey, Kia, Dawn, Birdie and Bailey are already surf. Justin is waiting for you on the beach.
Eden: But our bags?
Shoe: I take them into the house for you.
Eden: Ok

Eden and Penny grab the broads off the top of the suv and walk down to the beach. Justin walks up to the two of them and smile really big. He then waves at the team and they come running up onto the beach. The five girls and Bailey come running over to Eden and Penny. The six teams members that just come running up to Justin, Eden and Penny stick their surf broads into the sands.

Justin: Eden and Penny I will have your teammate inductions themselfs from left to right.
Bailey: Hi I am Bailey and the only guy on the team.
Lacey: Hi I am Lacey and till today I was the new member of the team.
Kai: I am Kai and I have live on the island all my whole life.
Birdie: Hi I am Birdie
Dawn: I am Dawn
Justin: Ok everyone head back out to the water get back to surf.

Eden and Penny join they new teammates for the first time and Justin notices right away that Lacey, Eden and Bailey are challenge eachother.

Chapter Two: Trying to fool everyone part one!

Eden’s stop paddling toward the wave that is coming and paddles off to the side to watch for a few minutes. Eden watch Penny grabs the wave first, but then sees Bailey dropping in on her and he makes her whip out. Eden’s looks around to see if Penny has come back to the surface sum place else, but she hasn’t yet, After what felt like forever Penny resurfaces why she went down and start swimming over to her surf broad. Eden does not move from where she set on her surfboard, but waits to see what Penny going to do to Bailey as he comes paddling towards her. Bailey reaches Penny right as she gets back on her surfboard, he just grins really big at her and Penny just paddles away from him. Bailey paddles after Penny and when he reaches her he paddles in front of her to make her stop.

Penny: What is your problem, Bailey?
Bailey: You are, because you keep challenging me, so I had to put you in your place. I am Big wave Bailey and I can’t have an eleventh garde, surfing bigger waves then I can!
Penny: Whatever

Penny paddles away from Bailey and notices that Eden has stop surfing again and is just set on her board in the water watching everyone. She paddles over to her sister best friend and stops next to her. Eden looks over at Penny and then back towards Lacey, Dawn, Bridie, Kai and Bailey. Penny notices that Eden looks tried, she also sees that Eden is shivering and she is rubbing her upper arms as she watching everyone surf. Penny looks at her sister best friend for a few seconds then taps her on the left leg. Eden looks over at her best friends little sisters’ and sees that she has a concerned look on her face, so Eden puts her hands into the water and Splash Penny and Penny splash her back.

Penny: Maybe you should paddle in and go dry off that way you can warm up Eden because you are shivering!
Eden: I am fine Penny just caught a chill is all, since when did you become my mom?
Penny: I am just worry is all, you are just getting over having a bad head cold and you are still looking and also sounding like you don’t feel good?
Eden: I just had a rough night is all, you know I had to work yesterday and then pack all my clothing and tools I used to make surfboards up when I get off work. Then you help me load all the surfboards onto the roof of suv.
Penny: I know you had a rough night it sounded like you were coughing up a lung all night, so maybe you should call it a day with surf and go get some sleep. I am sure Justin would understand and let you go and get some rest seeing that you have been sick.
Eden: I will be fine, just get back to surfing Penny!
Penny: All right, But only if you do, so you can warm up.
Eden: (Clear her throat) Fine
Penny and Eden paddles back out, so they can get the next waves. Back up at the house Shoes has just starts to unload all the surfboards off of the roof of Eden suv. He takes the first one off and sees it looks like Justin design drawing for Penny competition surf board, Shoe smiles to himself knowing that the Eden that makes the team boards is the same Eden that is now surfing for team Wavesync. He goes into the shed, which where he works on the surfboard and puts the surfboard up on one of the work stand sets that he uses when working on a surfboard, since he notices that it still needs to be finished. Shoe’s then goes and gets another surfboard off the roof of Eden suv and notice that its only half way down and it looks like Justin design drawing for Eden competition surfboard. He puts that surfboard on the other work stand set and then goes back to unloading the rest of Eden and Penny surfboards. After he has unloaded all of the surfboards and put them up for the two new two members, he starts to unload Eden and Penny footlockers and bags. On the beach Justin has looked down at his watch to see what time it is and is now waving the girls and Bailey out of the water. Lacey, Penny, Eden, Bailey, Kai, Dawn and Bridie paddle in and then run over to Justin and all the girls and Bailey is holding their surfboards under their right arms.

Justin: It time to stop surf for this morning, that way Bridie is not late for work, so head inside and get Change. Kai and Lacey I want you to work on your homework some today and Penny and Eden you can unpack and get settle into team wavesyncs’ new house since Lacey, Birdie, Dawn and Kai had all week to move into they rooms at the new larger wavesync house.
Penny: Who are Eden and my roommates?
Justin: Penny’s you are rooming with Kai and Eden is rooming with Lacey. So Penny just fellow Kai upstairs and Eden just fellow Lacey upstairs and to your bedrooms.
Eden and Penny: Ok

Bailey head to his apartment over the shed as Bridie, Eden, Penny, Kai, Lacey, Dawn and Justin head towards the main house and to the rack that holds the surfboard, which is outside the house, as they walking the girl’s start talking to eachother and Justin just listen to them.

Eden: Bridie’s where do you work at, because you look so familiar?
Bridie: I just start as a waitress at the restaurant that location in The Lanakai Resort and Spa about six weeks ago, but before that I was a waitress at The Makaha Resort.Eden: That way you look familiar, I am a maid at the Lanakai Resort and Spa.
Bridie: Do you fine that the guest leaves their room really messes or mostly clean?
Eden: It depends the football payers who are staying there always leave the room they are staying in really mess, so that makes for a hard day of work. But the everyday guest leaves the room mostly clean and it is an easy day of work then.

When the reaches the house the girls put they surfboards up and walk onto the porch. They then walk inside the house through the glass slides doors that lead into the living room. Eden and Penny notice that the Kitchen is on the left as they enter the house through the glass sidle doors, which leads to the back yard and the beach, when Lacey walks into the Kitchen and grabs a bottle of water. Lacey and Eden sees there is a open door on the wall across from the Kitchen, this wall is also on the left side of the staircase if you are faces the front door, Penny and Eden looks through the door and see it leads into the garage. Penny then tap’s Eden on the shoulder and points to the open door on the right-hand side as you come through the glass slide doors.

Lacey: That the downstairs Bathroom and the one Justin’s use as his bathroom.
Kai: We can all use it if we need to use the bathroom when we are downstair, but it is where Justin keeps all his shower supplies and his toothbrush and toothpaste.

Bridie, Dawn, Justin, Kai, Lacey, Eden and Penny walk over to the staircases which on the left- hand wall if you come through the back down or the right-hand wall if you come through the front door if you come through the front door of the house. All five girls and Justin walk over to the staircase and hand upstairs when they get to the top of the stairs Justin turns right and then Justin hand through the first door that on the right-hand side as you come up the stairs. Down and Bridie turns to the left and walks through the door on left- hand side as you come up the stairs, but on the same side as the staircase both Penny and Eden notices the door at the end of the hallway as Dawn and Birdie walk into they bedroom. Lacey walks over to the door and open it up to show Eden and Penny it is a bathroom.

Lacey: That the hallway door to Dawn and Bridie’s bathroom there also a door that lead into the bathroom in their bedroom.
Kai: Penny’s our bedroom is the door that across form you as you come up the stairs. The middle door is the bathroom that is connected to both our bedroom along with Eden and Lacey’s bedroom.
Lacey: Our bedroom is the one across from Justin room and after the bathroom door.
Eden: Ok, I figure that out on my own, but thanks for telling me anywise.

Kai lead the way into her and Penny’s bedroom and Penny fellow her into the bedroom. Penny sees that Shoe has put her two footlockers and her gym bag down in front of the bed with the striped bedspread.

Kai: That your bed mine bed has the black with different color poke a dots bedspread on it.
Penny: OK
Kai: Let changes into same dry clothing, so I can start my homework and you can get to unpack your stuff.
Penny: Sure, I will go closes the bedroom door.
Kai: thanks

Penny walks over to the bedroom door and closes it. Meanwhile Eden has fellow Lacey into their room and sees that Shoe put her footlockers and gym bag down in front of the bed with the black, Pink, yellow and White/lavender striped bedspread on it.

Eden: So I take it my bed the one with my stuff in front of it?
Lacey: Yeah

Eden notices that her work ID fall out of the back packet of her gym bag and is laying on the floor, so she picks it up and she toss it onto the bed. Eden then opens up the top footlocker and takes out a brown tank top and a pair of cut of jean shorts at the sometime Lacey goes over to the dress which is on the right-hand wall as you enter the room from the hallway and gets out a blackish/grayish t-shirt and a pair of blue shorts. The two girls get changes and then Eden starts to unpack her footlockers and hanging up her work uniform and other nice clothing in the closeted she has to share with Lacey and put the rest of her clothing in her dresses, which is next to Lacey and right before the door to both of their closet. As Eden is unpacking her clothing and other belongs she brought with her, Lacey sets down on the floor and start to do her math homework. In Kai and Penny’s bedroom the two girls have set down on their beds and Kai is telling Penny about the high school that she and Lacey and that Penny will also be going to on Monday morning. Lacey looks up from doing her math homework a half hour later to see that Eden has lays down on her bed and fall to sleep, Lacey quietly gathers up her textbooks, notebooks, pen and water bottle. She then walks through the bathroom door which is the left-hand wall as you enter the bedroom through the bedroom door and heads into Kai and Penny’s bedroom.

Kai: Hi Lacey
Lacey: I am going down stairs to do my homework, because Eden taking a nap, I just thought I should let you to know, incases Eden wakes up and wonder where I am!
Kai: Ok
Penny: Did she unpack her footlockers and gym bag yet?
Lacey: Yeah


Lacey walks out of Penny and Kai room through the bedroom door and walks over to the staircase and heads downstairs and over to the dinner room table that set near the glass doors in the living room/Dinner room area. She sets her textbooks, notebooks, water bottle and pen down on the table and then takes a seat. She has just start to work on her math homework again when Justin walks into the room and Bridie walks towards the front door.

Justin: Drive careful Bridie and bring the teams suv back in one piece.
Bridie: I will Justin.

Bridie takes the suv keys from Justin and then walks out the front door and Justin walks over to the couch and takes a set. Justin picks his book up off the table and bring to read, which makes Lacey happy because she needs quite when working on math. An hour later back upstairs in Lacey and Eden’s bedroom Eden gets wakening up from a deep sleep when her cellphone starts to ring. She rolls over in her bed and garbs her cellphone off the side table that is between her and Lacey beds and looks at the caller ID on her cell. Eden runs her hands through her hair when she sees that it her boss at work. She flips her cellphone open and puts it up to her.

Eden: Hello
Boss: You do remember that there is a mandatory stuff meeting before your shift today and you are supposed to come in early to meet the new girl that start training today, along sides of you.
Eden: Sorry I will be there in fifteen minutes.
Boss: Fine, I now you were moving this morning, so I cut you slack this time, but it won’t happen again.
Eden: Thanks.
Boss: I see you when you get here.
Eden: I will see you when I get to work then.

Eden flips her cellphone closed and set it back on the side table. She then gets out of bed and walks over to the closet. She grabs her work uniform from the closet and throws into her gym bag along with her work ID. Penny’s walk into the bathroom between her and Eden’s bedrooms and she sees Eden throwing her work thing into her gym bag. Eden is zip up her gym bag when Penny walks into her and Lacey bedroom through the bathroom door that connected to Penny and Kai and her and Lacey bedroom. Penny walks over to her sister best friend and feels Eden’s forehead with her right hand. Eden just put her gym bag strap on her left shoulder and is trying to hide how bad she is feeling from Penny, but she dose not think it’s working to well.

Penny: You are running a fever Eden, you should call into work sick and just go back to bed.
Eden: You are acting like my mother again, Penny and I don’t need you to be my mom! I can take care of my self. It is not like I’m really that sick, the fever just has not break yet is all Penny.
Penny: But Eden you were taking a nap during the middle of the day and that never happens! Plus you look very pale and you are still shivering.
Eden: (Clears her throat) Penny’s thanks for your concern, but I really am fine. Besides I am training a new girl today, so it will be an easy day. I have to leave now I am already running late as it is.
Penny: No, I am not let you go to work today, go back to bed!
Eden: Like I already said you are not my mom, I try and get off early though.
Penny: Fine

Eden turns walks away from Penny and over to her dresses and grabs her keys of the top of the dresses. She then walks out of her and lacey bedroom leaving Penny starting there with a worry look on her face. Eden walks downstairs and she heads towards the front door and at the sometime Justin and Lacey sees her and stand up and walks up to Eden, she stops walking towards the door and looks at them.

Justin: Where are you going?
Eden: Work
Justin: Ok, Justin need to know, but when you get a chance we you finish your and Penny competition surfboards.
Eden: I work on them when I get back from work.
Justin: Good.
Lacey: Can you drop me off at the store on your way to work I need to pick up some Tampons, I takes a Taxi to get home Eden?
Eden: Sure, but I am running late as it is so hurry up and get you money. I will be waiting in my suv for you.
Lacey: Thanks I will be out in a minute.
Justin: (Lacey runs upstairs.) Thanks for give her a ride to the store I would have taking Lacey, but Bridie’s uses the team suv to get to work.
Eden: It no big deal.
Eden opens up the front door and walks out to her suv. She opens up the diver side back door and throws her gym bag onto the seat. She then opens up the drive door and gets into the suv. She starts her suv up and turns on the radio, as she is waiting for Lacey to come out. Lacey comes running out the front door a few seconds later and opens up the passenger side door and hop into the suv. Eden and Lacey put on their seat belts on and then Eden backs the suv out off the drive. As Eden driving her to the store Lacey looks around the suv and is surprise that Eden can afford a suv as nice as this for the as little as a maid makes.
Lacey: Eden how can you afford so a nice KIA sportage on your maid pay?
Eden: Because KIA has good deals and also Penny sister Ann Marie help pay for the suv because she did not want me to be driving her younger sister around in her old station wagon, she owned because it was dying.
Lacey: Cool, it sounds like Ann Marie is really nice.
Eden: She is.

Lacey goes back to look around the suv as Eden turns down the streets the store is on. A minute late Eden pulls her suv into the store parking and up to the front of the store. Lacey takes her seat belt out and open up her door. She gets out of the suv and wave bye to Eden as she close the suv door. Eden waits to Lacey has get into the store and then pulls out of the parking lot and heads to work. Eight minutes later Eden pulls her suv into the stuff parking of The Lanakai Resort and puts the suv into park. She reaches back and grabs her gym bag off the back seat and then open up her door. She gets out of her suv and at the sometime starts sneezing, so she reaches back into the suv and grabs a tissues out of the tissues box that seat on the floor on the passenger side. She blows her noses really fast and then throws the tissues away. She then runs to the back staircases and to the door that leads into the build. Eden then goes and clock in really fast and then runs to the ladies locker room. Meanwhile back at the wavesync house Penny and Kai are talking to eachother as Penny unpacks her clothing and other items she brought with her. Outside Justin has just grabbed his surfboard and is walking down to the ocean to go surfing. At the sometime across town back at the Lanakai resort Eden has walked out of the locker room and the new maid which is Bridie walks up to her.

Bridie: So you are going to be Training me?
Eden: Yeah, but I thought you were a waitress here?
Bridie: I am, but on weekends I am going to be working as a maid, so I can earn more money, because I have loans to pay off from the few semesters that I went to colleges.
Eden: We have to go to a meet before the shift starts and then I so you where the chart where all the cleaning supplies are kept at.
Bridie: Ok

Bridie’s fellow Eden into a large room with washing machine and dryers are at and over to a group of women all dresses in the same uniforms that she and Eden are wearing. Eden walks up behind a blonde lady and Bridie stands behind Eden and the head maid start to talk as soon as the two of them walk up to the group.

Head maid: Last night our VIP guest from the NBA and WNBA check in, so I want you to treat them nice and to take care of all their needs. They are paying the big bucks, so let make their stay here the best ever and one they will never forget. Now get to work and remember to put the mints on the pillows.

Eden starts to walk towards the open closeted door, which is where the clean carts are kept and Bridie fellows her over there. Eden show Bridie, which cart is the one she uses and which one that she will be the one that she will start to use when she on her own or with a group of her own. Then Bridie helps Eden pull the her cart out of the closeted and then both Eden and Bridie pushes the cart to the maid elevator and Eden push the button for the fifth floor. Meanwhile as Eden and Bridie were head up to the fifth floor, Penny has changes back into her biking and board shorts and head outside, but when she grabs her surfboard she notices that the fins are about to fall off. Penny sees Shoes walk into the shed and carry her board over to him. Shoe see Penny walk over and stop to wait for her.

Shoe: What can I do for you?
Penny: Can you changes my fins on my board for me, I normal have ask Eden do it but she at work?
Shoe: Sure, Do you want it right away or can it wait?
Penny: I wait, this is my favorite board.

Shoe take the surfboard from Penny and gets right to work on Penny surfboard by taking off the old fins that are about to fall off, as he is doing this Penny hops up onto the stool that is by the door and she watches Shoe work on her surfboard. Shoe then goes over to the cabinet which is right next to Penny and opens it up. He reaches up to the tap shelf and grabs two yellow fins that are the same types as the ones he just taking off Penny’s surfboard and then he closes the cabinet door. He then walks back over to the three work set stands that was the only free ones and the one that he set Penny surfboard on and gets to work putting the new fins on. Penny smiles at Shoe when he finish working on her board and hands it back to her.

Penny: Thanks Shoe
Shoe: Your welcome.

Penny takes the board from him and walks out of the shed, Shoe watching Penny walks out of the shed and towards the beach. Shoe smile really big to himself. Penny looks back at him and the two of them looks at eachother. Penny then runs over to him and gives him a big hug and he hugs her back. Shoe then walks with Penny down to the beach and watching her running into the water. Shoe set down on the beach and watches Justin, Penny and Dawn surfs. Inside the wavesync house Kai and Lacey are both doing their homework. Two hours later back at the Lanakai resort. Eden and Bridie already cleaned five rooms and had just walk into their sixth room of the day. Both Eden and Bridie are relief that one of the WNBA players is staying in this room and that it is not totally trashed all the other five rooms that had to clean. Bridie grabs a pair of gloves of the cart and the bathroom cleaning and heads into the bathroom to clean it. Eden stay by the cart, which is just inside the door. She leans up against the wall and closes her eyes. She places her left hand on her forehead and feels that she is clamming. She takes a deep breath and then walks over to the bed. Eden picks each of the four pillows up and fluff them, she then pulls the flat sheet back up over the pillows. Eden then straight the flat sheet up and pulls the bedspread back over the flat sheet and the pillows. Once she has the bed remade, she goes and gets two mints off the cart and set one on each side of the bed on the pillows. She had just walk through the glass slide doors and outside onto the deck and has start to clean the breakfast dish off of the table when Bridie walks out of the bathroom and puts the bathroom clean away. Bridie then puts the fill bathroom trash bag on the bottom of the cart and grabs a two empty bag, she empties the main room trash can and puts a clean bag into the trash can. She then goes and put the fill one on the cart next to the bathroom trash bag. Bridie then walks back into the bathroom and replaces that trash can bag. Both Eden (carry the empty breakfast plate, Silverware and cup) and Bride’s walk back into the main room and over to the cart. Eden put the dirty dish into the dish bucket and then turn her head so it face away from Bridie, she cover her mouth and starts to cough.

Bridie: That cough does not sound very healthy, Eden!
Eden: The cough sounds worst then it is, I just have a head cold is all!
Bridie: I am not a doctor or anything, but it does not sound like just a head cold Eden, it sounds like it in your lungs!
Eden: Great I have three moms now, My real mom, you and Penn. Like I told my mom yesterday and Penny before leave for work, I am fine. We finish with this room lets move onto the next room.
Bridie: Are you sure you up to working the rest of your shift?
Eden: Yeah
The rest of they shift together Bridie does not bug Eden about how she is feeling but keeps a close eye on her and make a mental note to talk to Justin about Eden be sick when she gets home from work.
