Title: Not really a fan-fic
Description: But in a way it is...

OK, so if the topid and description didn't just confuse the hell out of you, I write for a "living." Which mean I sit around all day, writing like a beast, and hoping to get something else published. When I write, I picture it like a movie, envisioning all the people I want to play the characters in the book.

A couple years back I wrote a book and incorporated some pretty killer characters into it. Since then I've been digging them up and reusing them whenever I can, coming up with some new, but related, situation where I think they would fit.

Since I'm the writer, I automatically look at just about anything and thnik "boy, this is crap," and then I never want it to see the light of day. So, breaking from my usual routine, I'm looking for a reader or two. I have something that I've just started working on the other day I think it's good... surprisingly good. I'm always looking for new perspectives on the things I write, and I figure I haven't looked here yet... so here I am.

A brief rundown...

The story is about a young woman who belongs to a paramilitary organization run by the United Nations. She has recently quit that job to follow her dreams of becoming a teacher. Shenanigans ensue, forcing her to go back to the job. That's about as brief as I can make it. Now, when I play this over in my mind, I see Michelle Rodriguez fitting the role perfectly, so this is where you guys come in.

If anyone is intersted in giving this a look, send me a PM or reply here and I'll drop you the first couple chapters. I have around 60 pages finished now, but I need about 2-3 times that many for novel size. If you do help me out with this, I'll get down your names, and if/when it's published, you'll get a well-deserved "thank you" in the book, as well as my undying thanks and admiration. :D
