Any other fans out there?

This show RULES. I actually think that right now it's a better show than Lost. I LOVE Lost with all my heart and it's my favorite show, and I'd rather miss an ep of GA than Lost, but the truth is from a creative standpoint, GA is just practically flawless, going on two seasons now....the first was unbelievable, and this one is surpassing even that.

The music is perfectly selected, I love the show's soundtrack. The drama punches you right in the gut, the humor makes you bust that same gut, and the suprises make you upchuck from your gut! LOL. Also, there's not a character I don't love....my first fav was Izzie and then Christina and of course lovable George, and first season I really disliked Meredith lol. Though after last week's ep, I have to say now I really love her too. Speaking of....was that not one of the most awesome, fanastic, perfect, dramatic, shocking hours of television you've ever seen!

I'm still in awe everytime I think about it. *BOOM*

Grey's Anatomy Rocks! It is my 2nd fav show. Lost is my fav but I really can never decide between the two. My fav characters is Christina, Berk, Izzie, George, Meredith & then everyone else. On that show I am Christina/Berk shipped, they are my fav. Last weeks ep was the bomb, literely to, one of the best eps. :). I have watched Grey's Anatomy from day one & have never missed an ep. Love the show.

I have never watched that show and it looks interesting. Oh, and Patrick Dempsey is delicious but I can't watch it. I'm in school and I work so I tend to watch like only 2 shows through the season beacause I get very obssesive with them. I don't have time to be obssesive,

Anybody else who watches Grey's Anatomy here, shocked by the ending? I never thought Meredith would do that, yet. Well anyway. George so cute, I feel kind of bad for what Meredith is going to do, or what we can all guess she is going to anyway. I loved Christina in this ep she is my fav. Love how Berk said he loved her & then she said she sold her apartment, that was kind of funny. Another great ep :). I am now talking about Grey's Anatomy here because LF is messed up so this is right now my fav forum & I will be on here more now, promise. Even when LF is fixed :).

I'm a GA addict. George ,Izzy, and Christina are my fav characters.

in the end it looks Meredith totally used George.. he comes to tell her how he feels about her and she jumps into bed with him to make herself feel better about her shitty situation that's fyucked up LOL she doesnt deserve him anyway LOL *biased*
still loving Burke and Christina. how funny was the dancing in the beginning? hehe.

Haha, Funny because the first few episodes I only watched it because my sister wouldn't let me watch Charmed, seeing as they are on the same time and all, and from then on I was hooked. Meredith annoys me...But kudos to her for that speech she gave Derek in the stair way. Oh wow! I was like you go!!! I don't like Addison though? I don't know why..I think...just because no hard core reason. Izzie's the pretiest I find...her and Karev should hit it up :) But that would be kinda..random...anyways love the show and its on tonight what what!!!

Izzie has always been my favorite....I always contended that she was the best doctor out of all of them. Now she's quit?! NO! Poor Izzie.

YAY aggressive George!! I like him and Callie together, hope she sticks around for a while. and while I LOVE George he's been a bit unfair to Callie, telling her that she HAS to except Izzy, Meredith and Christina as his family.. yet they all look down on her and that's ok..I don't know it all seems a bit one sided when it comes to that.
George and Izzy are my fav characters. seems Derek and Meredith are my least favs.

I didn't like Addison at first but now I feel for her, she's nothing more than Dereks bed warmer, she tries while he broods for the most part.

I was getting extremely pissed at Christina for not seeming to care much at all about Burke and his situation, I know it's her character "unfeeling" or whatever, it's just starting to get old LOL

and just when I thought YAY Denny and Izzy!!! *cries* damn you!!!!!!! LOL and she looked so pretty in her dress :(

And kyni....man, I know! I hate this whole Meredith/Derek thing. For most people that's the "main plot" but to me it really detracts....he's such an arrogant ass and she's so pathetic it's like....I really don't like them....not together anyway. Seperate they are ok in their own ways....but yeah, poor Addison.

And man I wanted to slap Christina like....12 times last night. And damn them for making me cry....I was so happy for Denny/Izzie too....when he started looking like he was in pain, my mom and I both yelled out, "No! Uh-uh....no, no no!" And her dress, yes....she was stunning.

God, that was SO good! Sorry but Katherine Heigl is 100 times the dramatic actress than Ellen Pompeo, or even Sandra Oh....it's a shame she hasn't gotten the recognition she deserves. KH is another underrated actress....I've been saying it since ep one of Grey's (hell even since Roswell where she was unbelievably excellent)....perhaps last night's ep will finally get her a best supporting actress nom.

To me, my ultimate dream Emmy (and those who REALLY deserve it) win list would be:

1. Best Lead Actress in a Drama - Kristen Bell (Veronica Mars)
2. Best Supporting Actress in a Drama - Michelle Rodriguez (Lost)
3. Best Lead Actress in a Comedy - Lauren Graham (Gilmore Girls)
4. Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy - Katherine Heigl (Grey's Anatomy)

These women DESERVE to win....SO much.

I know this is sooo bad for me to say but I'm kinda happy Denny's gone. I love, and I mean love, Izzie and Karev. They're like my Dotty for GA. I really, really enjoyed this episode. Is it just me or is Callie annoying? I don't know why I don't like her.. I use to but now I'm just like, uhhh geez you're weird. I love George he's such a cutiee patutie!! Addison is growing on me and so is Christina. I think without this ep. I wouldn't really careless about their character.

LEIGH! MCCC!! omg did you freak out or what?! MCDREAMMY!! I think that McPart was McEffing Awesome!! I was shocked then a little pissed because poor Addison but now I'm happy...confused for her...but happy!

The actress who plays Callie -- Sara Ramirez, was on Craig Fergusen last night. She performed a song, and has a fantastic voice. I was surprised to see her.

Ditto on everything. I knew Denny was going to die though. They agree to get married, all happy -- you know tragedy is right around the corner. So sad.

I couldn't believe they hooked up....I was so pissed at the both of them. That was selfish and STUPID. I truly believe that Addison would have totally been ok and accepting had he just said, "I can't do this anymore, I'm in love with Meredith. I'm so sorry. We need to end the facade now." She would have been like "I thought so....ok....I hate you sort of, but ok."

But now it's like....she CONFRONTED HIS ASS and he responds by reassuring her by asking her to the prom all sweet....wtf? What an asshat.

And that poor vet guy....lost his wife....now this? Meredith and Derek are so damn selfish....they should have just been honest with their partners and I know they would have understood....been angry, but understood and them M/D coulda been together.....but NOOOOO. They did it all wrong. God, they make me sick.

I loved Callie at first, but you're right....she's weird now....and with George's hair like that and in that suit he looked 5 feet tall and 8 years old so when he and Callie went at it it was so awkward since she's a bigger girl....it was just....yuck. Seeing her go at it with some tall hot guy would have been more normal and probably kind of hot, but with tiny George in boy suit....ICK!

Poor Izze....and poor Burke....God....*sigh*

And Aimz, yeah....she (Ramirez) used to do broadway I think.

I knew Denny was going to die & after Izzie said yes to his proposal, I defenetly knew it then. I with you kyni, I wanted to gag when Merideth & Derek hooked up. I really don't like them. I tend never to like the main couple of a show lol.

My fav part was the end when Christina grabbed Burk's hand. I love them, they are my fav. I'm really likeing Callie now. I was about to cry more when the dog was getting its shot then when Denny died :o. I have a major soft spot for animals but I did water during all the sad parts. Didn't cry though. I don't cry much only when writers kill of the best charecter on tv when I had/have a major obsesion with that charecter :angry:. Anyway, when the Chief was talking to all the interns that was funny, they were telling there problmes to him :lol:.

I like grey's anatomy. It is funny and good and shows the real drudgery newbies go through. That and House are all that fill my T.V night on a Thursday

I've heard so much about this show. I think I'm going to buy season one on DVD.

^Oh it is BRILL! You so should buy it, then Season 2 (which is somehow EVEN BETTER than the amazing season 1).

You know, I still don't know how THE HELL Katherine didn't get a nom for Grey's last season....but my God she was just as good in tonight's ep. Honestly, I could care less about the Derek/Meredith saga. Izzie is the best character and Katherine is the best actress on that show. I also adore Addison and George and am really getting into Callie (sp?). I think it's funny b/c Christina and Meredith are like the two bigger lead types, yet I could honestly care less about their current storylines. Christina isn't that funny anymore, nor interesting although it's nice to see her grow though I will admit. Meredith is so....selfish. But tonight was the first time she was ever there for someone else, so for that she's growing on me now and I find she's almost tolerable.

So...about tonight's ep. Was actually not as "big" as I thought it'd be. I thought the quarantine was a bit of a cheesey way to get things accomplish and try to have a "big event" for the premiere (plus it was such a ripoff of ER). That being said....the music and Izzie REALLY saved this episode and made it what it was....oh and Addison.

Honestly....Izzie, Addison, and Callie are really the standout actors and characters right now. And George too. Which is funny b/c these are all the "smaller" actors/characters. Give them more screentime like tonight did and I'll be a happy camper for the rest of the season.

I agree. I adore Addison and Callie especially. And while I would normally like Christine and Bailey, they are just a bit too much for me to the point where they aren't entirely relatable they seem to have a shtitck that is getting repetitive. I love the coolness of Addison and Callie. And while I didn't dig Izzy that much, seeing the recap of her having a fit over Denny possibly dying really got to me the second time around. She is growing on me as is Katherine Hagl.

I agree that the Quarantine was cheesy just like that damn prom. Like why? N ot necessary to go for the grand gimmicks.

I have a big question coming from someone who didn't really watch much of last season at all, and none of S1. What is the deal with Derek an Addison. They are still married? I mean did I miss the scene where he asks for a divorce. Because I don't get why I am supposed to root for Derek and Meredith and get all gooey eyed at him confessing his love for her when he is a married man, epecially to a woman as cool as Addison.

Anyway I barely paid attention to tonight's episode because my attention was divided, but I am excited for the coming season.

Summary: Back in Seattle, they were married and Addison cheated with his best friend Mark (and he walked in on them). Derek left her (but no divorce) and came to Seattle, met/slept with and fell for Meredith. Addison came then to Seattle and is like "Hello. Are you the one sleeping with my husband?". This threw Meredith for a loop, but Derek was like "Yes, we're still married but she cheated on me and it's over." so began this crazy love triangle b/c Addison wanted to get him back. He ultimately chose Addison b/c he said "she's my wife" and felt he had to at least try (though he clearly still loved Meredith). He and Addison never went through with their divorce, no.

So I mean, Addison screwed up and he was the victim at first yes, but I don't think she's deserved his back and forth attitude all this time. I really believe had he just been honest and told her he still loved Meredith she would have walked away. Instead he cheated on her, just making everything so much worse. That irks me, lol.

Thanks for the explanation. Leigh. Sorry I my sympathies are with Addison all the way. Poor Derek, NOT! He is so arrogant and self enttiled, he even makes me feel sorry for Meredith, because he is stringing her along too.

Anyway, I hope Addison gets to dump his ass and Meredith falls for the Vet, although she doesn't derserve him. Meredith and Derek really derserve each other so scratch that. :lol:

Addison/Kate Walsh was SOOOOOOOOOO amazing last night! That flashback was intense!!!!

First season Im all Meredith/Derek.

Second season, in the beginning, I wasnt the biggest Addison fan, cause I was still wanting Meredith and Derek. By the second episode or so, I loved Addison....and by the end of the season, when M/D slept together, I was like OH HELL NO! What about Addison and now....

Third season, I could care less about Meredith and Derek and all I care about is Addison.

Ok I just cant stand it anymore. I hate this show. I'm tired of the 30 something professional dramas. Especially the medical/legal stuff. Could Hollywood maybe give us a good drama about construction workers?
